Coffee..to drink or not to drink..which is better decaffe
not decaffe..well lots of studies and researches have been done to observe the impact on the
person consuming it, be it a man or a women. Researcher in Bristol University for example conducted a study on 64 men and women
to study what coffee does to body when it is already under a stress situation
such as in a tense meeting. Each pair of same sexes were given tasks to
complete, these includes carrying negotiation, completing puzzles and tackling
memory challenges and were told to present a public presentation afterwards.
Half of the pairs were given decaffeinated coffee the other half was given a
large shot of caffeine. The result...shocking...the men’s performance(with caffeine
shot) in memory tests was describe as ‘greatly
impaired’. They even finished the puzzles 20 seconds longer (by average)..women
on the other hand..shockingly..awesomely..(can’t stop smiling and amaze)
complete the puzzles 100 seconds faster when given caffeine. This my friends,

Now back to our coffee review, today I would like to present
to you a coffee brand I randomly chose without reading the label..or whatever
it has on it..(which means I chose it because of its label design and colour
that attracts me)
BONCAFE, decaffeinated..why ..decaffeinated..don’t ask
..told you..I’m new to this coffee things..i was just ..attracted to the bottle design.
Anyway..I've tried it black..with no sugar (or in Malaysia we say 'O'), maybe because it was decaffeinated it doesn't really suit my pallet. So I tried to get a second opinion, my boss (lucky to have a boss like him..thank god!), he tried with creamer and sugar, still the result same as mine.. a BIG ..NO..NO.
The taste was a bit..how to describe..hmm..empty!. This is my first try for decaffeinated coffee, so I'd say i am more to caffeinated coffee.
However point taken for the other attributes of this product is certified as a healthier choice because it has lower saturated fat in it.
For people who does not know what is saturated fat..well this kind of fat can be found in butter, fatty cut of meats, cakes and biscuits, cream and cheese and lot more other food that we love dearly..
Saturated fats raises the level of cholesterol in your blood
thus increasing your risk of having heart disease and stroke. So what ever you consume..try to consume it smartly.
